Welcome to Kalara Studios. We are currently in the process of incorporating and rebranding under the name Luminant Audio. We are super excited as this represents not only a new chapter in the continuing excellence in service and product that we provide, but huge advancements in both our staff, facilities and vision. Please, look forward to the new website and sweet new digs in the coming weeks.

Welcome to Kalara Studiosowned and operated by Mark Miller since 2004, Kalara Studios is a well-equipped, Seattle-based recording facility specializing in remote recording and hosting a wide variety of artists for in-studio recording.

Recently, we have joined forces with JonasJensen and Fremont Studios in the Fremont Studios building. Boasting a 50,000 sqaure foot facility, Fremont Studios hosts two of the largest sound stages in the Northwest. In addition to a 3,000 seat concert venue, Fremont Studios is the one stop shop for all of your video and production needs. Whether it be concerts and events, music video shoots, green screen production, video rental, video production, grip and lighting or overall event production, this is the place. If you haven't already, definately take a moment to check out their site : www.fremontstudios.com

Located in the heart of Fremont in Seattle, WA, right on the canal—you'll find an amazing array of bars, restaurants, and cafes near the studio, as well as a view of the canal from your recording space.

News and Info : Audiosocket, has just launched and opened up a huge door of opportunity for artist/producers to make money on their music. We all know that the music industry is changing and with it, we must do the same. Music is everywhere; commercials, tv, movies, websites, webcasts, the list goes on and on and on......... How do you get involved in that? Kalara Studios refers most of it's clients to this organization and a few of those artists have been placed. In addition to their services there is a vast library of information on their site that exposes the industry and the "behind the scenes" on music licensing and commercial music placement. It's definatly worth a look-see!
